Jenna and her family are one of those families that we just love for SO many reasons.
Let start with James. James is the campus pastor for Statesboro Compassion Christian. James, also, once told me (jokingly) he was pretty low on the totem pole (totally not true! The guy has amazing talent and just stepped down as worship pastor). So he if ever showed up in your room at the hospital, you could be sure, he told me, you weren’t dying FOR SURE/FOR REAL. I’m pretty sure I spit my tea out after he said that. So if you were ever nervous about being friends with a pastor…this guy is most definitely not one to be nervous about.
Jenna is the girl behind Jenna Davis Photography. She’s an amazing wedding photographer here in Savannah and she’s mom to two of the CUTEST boys. Her youngest, Josh, and I share a birthday. Now, I’m not saying I have a favorite person of the Davis family, but if I had a favorite person…Josh is my boy. August 3rd people are quite special. So there’s that.
Photographing families like the Davis’ on Tybee Island is just one of our favorite things to do. The sun, the light, the breeze, the colors, the water, everything about Tybee makes the images so beautiful.
